About the Role

Associate - Social Media is a role within the social and influencer marketing team of Meesho, this is a great opportunity to liaise with internal and external creative partners to manage content and influencer partnerships for Meesho’s Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat channels. This role also assists the team in executing 360 surround initiatives during tentpole events and key brand campaigns.

We are looking for 
customer Orientation that puts the customer at the beginning, center & end of every decision. Ability to recognize an insight from an observation.
Social Media KPIs and strategic orientation: Knowing the difference between user behavior on different platforms and which one to use for what objectives of Brand building.
Creative Appreciation: Ability to write clear & actionable creative briefs & evaluate the output of the creative development process based on the brief.
Understanding Content Consumed in Bharat: Ability to appreciate and identify with the content consumed among customers of tier 2 & 3+ towns.
Planning & Execution Skills: Ability to plan for multiple parallel streams of work & error-free on-time execution. Strong stakeholder management skills to keep both internal & external stakeholders on the same page.

What you will do
is assisting in the creation and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
Monitor and engage with our social media audience by responding to comments and messages.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and developments to help improve our social media strategy.
Work and coordinate with agencies.
Act as a brand advocate and ensure that all social media content aligns with our brand voice and values.

What you will need
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective social media campaigns.
A growth mindset & strong sense of ownership.
Data-driven thinking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging social media copy and interact with customers in a professional manner.
Demonstrated creativity and a passion for social media.
Proficiency with social media management tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
